GIN + TINS CLUB || HOSTED BY LA METRO AT PONCE CITY MARKET

Join us at La Metro for an intimate, guided tasting that celebrates two of Spain’s most iconic staples: the Gin and Tonic cocktail and tinned food.

GIN + TINS CLUB is a recurring, three-course pairing experience featuring premium gins from world-class distilleries and elevated dishes made from premium tinned ingredients. Each event showcases a different gin distiller paired with chef-crafted plates created exclusively for the evening by La Metro’s culinary team.

Every course includes a Gin & Tonic cocktail made with the featured gin, matched with a dish that highlights the botanicals, texture, and story behind each pour. The evening is hosted by La Metro’s team alongside representatives from the distillery, offering insight into the craft behind both the cocktails and the tins.

La Metro is a Spanish pintxos and tapas bar from Chef Hector Santiago, located at Ponce City Market. Inspired by the lively bars of Madrid and San Sebastián, it brings the spirit of Spain to Atlanta through small plates, tinned seafood, and classic cocktails. The menu focuses on quality ingredients meant to be shared.
